Sonam Kapoors Future Plans Revealed By Her Sister!

Sonam Kapoor and her baby sister Rhea will soon dole out a fashion line of their own. The girls, known for their impeccable sense of style, have never skipped a beat when it comes to dressing up. Their choices have often been reflections on everything current in style. And now, they’re taking that side of their personality forward. Genetically stylish, the Kapoor sisters will soon make the necessary announcements about their fashion line. 

“Were working on something really exciting. Its actually been in the process for about two and a half years now. Well announce it when we have to. It was very important for Sonam and me to put our names on something we own, and not just endorse. Its for a long haul,” says Rhea, insisting that girls look up to Sonam as a fashion icon and follow her styling techniques through pictures on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and numerous other platforms. She adds, Its our responsibility to give them something very fashionable and cool at a price that they can afford. It's taken a lot of work and time, but its happened...Weve put in an effort. This is my baby. It was my dream since I was 12. I dont have time to sleep nowadays, but whenever I sleep, I sleep happy.

The film and television show producer, who's in her late 20s, believes its her mother, Sunitas genes that have been instrumental in drawing her superstar sister and her towards fashion. And their daddy, actor-producer Anil Kapoor, has only joined the fray in recent years. Hes fashionable now. His clothing in the 80s, right up to about late 90s was disastrous. Everything was going wrong. My mother on the contrary has always been chic. Shes had this great sense of fashion, jewellery and aesthetics. Weve got it from her, laughs Rhea, who is in the midst of a million film projects.

While work is on in full swing on Saat Hindustani and Battle For Bittora, shes also developing something ambitious with her father Anil. Its something hes never done before. I cant wait for it to go in prep mode, but I know it will take some time. I wanted him to work in one of our productions, but hes just not ready, says Miss Kapoor, who has had a tough time convincing her father to shoot an episode of her latest online show.
